Booking and payment

Once you pick your activities and meals, we send you a quotation or invoice. Groups can also get an instant quotation in our planner.

Pay by M-Pesa Paybill 247247, account 707820, or by bank transfer to Equity Bank, Kawangware branch, account name Burudani Adventure Park, account number 0630284036488. We also accept card payments.

Booking terms

1. Your date is confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit, due at least 3 days before your visit. We only prepare buffet food for confirmed bookings. Unconfirmed groups are welcome to order à la carte on the day.
2. Confirm your final number of guests at least 3 days before your visit. We charge for that number, even if fewer guests come.
3. The balance is paid on arrival, before activities and meals start.
4. If you cancel at least 2 weeks before your visit, your deposit becomes a credit voucher for your next booking. If you cancel later, the deposit is not refunded.
5. Organisations paying by LPO send a signed LPO and a signed copy of our quotation at least 7 days before the visit, in place of the deposit. The full amount is due within 30 days of our invoice. If an LPO booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the visit, 50% of the quoted amount is payable.
6. Teambuilding is paid in full when booking. Cancel at least 3 days before your visit and it becomes a credit voucher for your next booking; later, it isn’t refundable.
7. Paid activities can’t be swapped for other activities. If the weather stops an activity, we’ll offer a suitable alternative where possible; cash refunds don’t apply.

Your information

We use your details only to manage your booking, safety and check-in. Waiver forms are kept securely for 24 months, then deleted, and we only share photos of guests who agree to it on the waiver. To see or delete your information, email bookings@burudaniadventurepark.co.ke.
